This page explains the behaviour of the public preview. It is not a promise of production hosting, data residency, or enterprise security.
Your free project
The free workspace stores its project, tasks, dates, and statuses in your browser’s local storage. The workspace does not send that project to a Kurdinator account or synchronise it with another device. Anyone using the same browser profile can open it. Export your tasks before clearing browser data.
The planning and workspace demos
The homepage sends the selected example, up to three services, and predefined assumptions to a Kurdinator service on Cloudflare. The service calculates the plan privately and returns up to eight sample tasks. To enforce one public preview per network every 24 hours, it stores a cryptographic hash of the network address, the selected example settings and the limited preview. The application does not store the raw IP address in this quota record. IPv6 addresses are grouped by network prefix. Quota records expire after 24 hours and are scheduled for removal shortly afterward. The same network can reopen its limited preview during that window. Product workspace tours are read-only screenshots with sample data.
Files and plan estimates
CSV exports of your own manually entered free tasks and plan estimates are generated in your browser and downloaded to your device. Enterprise rollout notes remain in the page until you download them or leave. No sales enquiry or payment is submitted by these pages.
Website delivery
The website is served through Cloudflare. Loading the site creates normal network requests that expose information such as your IP address, requested URL, and browser headers to the serving provider. The font files are hosted with this website; loading the site does not make a Google Fonts request. No advertising or analytics script is included in this build. Hosting account settings and provider retention are controlled separately.
Removing local data
Use your browser’s site-data settings to clear data for kurdinator.com. This removes the locally saved free project and any older demo state. It does not reset the server’s 24-hour preview allowance. Files you downloaded remain on your device until you delete them.
Before connected accounts open
A production privacy notice identifying the service operator, contact route, processing purposes, applicable rights, and retention arrangements is required before connected accounts or paid subscriptions are enabled.
