Available in this version
- One limited planning preview per network every 24 hours: up to three services and eight visible tasks, with a responsive Gantt, critical-path filter and task details. No full-plan export or editing.
- A free workspace for one project and up to 15 tasks, saved in the current browser.
- Large, detailed images of the real admin and employee interfaces, with phone views and descriptions of responsibilities and handoffs. The public tours are read-only.
- A calculator showing planned monthly and annual prices. Estimates are downloadable.
Not connected yet
Paid checkout, Google and Microsoft sign-in, cloud accounts, invitations, notifications, and shared company storage are not available in this version. Demo actions do not create real workspaces, notify real people, or record payments.
How to interpret a sample plan
The server calculates from a private example task library and selected assumptions, then returns a limited selection of tasks. The browser never receives the full task library or full plan. Durations, names, regulatory steps, and delivery dates are illustrative. They need review against your company’s procedures, working calendar, resources, suppliers, and local requirements before operational use.
Your work stays yours to export
Your free manual workspace does not require a payment card. Its personal-task export is separate from the restricted planning engine. Export a copy of your tasks before moving devices or clearing site data. Browser storage is not a cloud backup.
Workspace allowances
Free supports one person, one project and 15 manually entered tasks, with no automated generation. Planned Starter workspaces support 5 active projects, 100 tasks per project, 20 plan generations per month and 10 services per plan. Planned Advanced workspaces support 25 active projects, 500 tasks per project, 100 generations per month and 25 services per plan. Allowances are per workspace, not multiplied by seats. Enterprise limits are agreed in the contract.
Before subscriptions open
The production operator, final subscription terms, privacy arrangements, support contact, and cancellation process must be published alongside working account and billing services. No paid contract is created by the current estimate page.
